Line Service Technicians

Job Description

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Tow Team Member

  • Aircraft Marshaling

  • Aircraft Refueling

  • Customer Service

  • Ramp Monitoring

  • Facility & Equipment Upkeep

  • Communications

  • Other Aircraft Ground Support Services

Skills, Qualities and Availability:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Ability to engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner

  • Work as a team player with a positive attitude in a dynamic environment

  • Available to work weekends, and any other scheduled day of the week

Things that are good to know:

  • Most activity is in an Outdoor Environment

  • Days and Hours will vary

  • Occasional After Hours and Call-out Services may be available for extra income

  • 90 Day Probationary/Training Period

  • Paid Holidays

  • Company Paid Health Insurance Premiums for full-time employees

  • Full-time employees are eligible for Free Flight Instruction and aircraft rental toward a Private Pilot License

  • Full-time employees are eligible for discounted aircraft rental anytime

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Description

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting Customers

  • Receiving Phone Calls

  • Recording Customer Information

  • Processing Aviation Service Requests

  • Communicating Service Requests to Line Service Technicians

  • Arranging Hotel, Rental Car, and Catering Reservations for Customers

  • POS Transactions

Skills, Qualities and Availability:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner in a dynamic environment

  • A passion for working with people and offering assistance with a positive attitude

  • Experience with QuickBooks preferred, but not required

  • Available to work weekends, and any other scheduled day of the week
